JUJU!! 4-star DT Kevin Wynn signs with Florida State
Florida State football's 2025 recruiting class is sitting as the 21st-best recruiting class, according to 247Sports Composite rankings. The program started in the morning and ranked in the 50s. Most individuals were poking fun at the university.
The Seminole faithful was getting nervous that the recruiting class would plummet as the program finished with a 2-10 record with losses over arch-rivals Florida and Miami. It didn't help cases that the defeats happened, but this is Florida State (which is a proud program filled with championship success).
Fans were preparing for the worst as five-star prospect Travis Hunter burned the program by selecting head football coach Deion Sanders and Jackson State a few years ago. Hunter is now a Heisman Trophy favorite this year.
I already mentioned in a previous article that Florida State added four-star running back Ousmane Kromah and four-star wide receiver Jayvan Boggs. They were massive pickups for the Seminoles as they look to get back on the right track.
Honestly, I didn't know what to expect with the recruiting class. However, I knew that the coaching staff had to rebuild the offensive and defensive trenches. The defensive line could be losing some pieces this offseason.
As a result, the Seminoles have to do their best to replace them in the transfer portal and recruiting ranks. One prospect that I didn't want to lose is four-star defensive tackle Kevin Wynn. When you turn on the tape, Wynn is an aggressive defender that makes opposing defenders pay.
Florida State fans received great news on Wednesday as four-star defensive tackle Kevin Wynn decided to sign with the Seminoles instead of committing to the South Carolina Gamecocks, who he had a prediction for.
This is a big win for new defensive line coach Terrance Knighton. The "Pot Roast" is already cooking in Tallahassee.
