FSU defensive coordinator Tony White and FSU head coach Mike Norvell have been adamant about the defense taking advantage of positions and creating turnovers in practice.
It looks like it's paying off because FSU defensive back Jabril Rawls made one of the best interceptions you'll see at practice recently. Check the footage below:

This is the second interception we've seen from FSU defensive backs in the past few days. Jeremiah Wilson had a big interception in the second scrimmage over the weekend.
Rawls is fighting for a starting spot at cornerback after playing in spot duty over the past two years. The redshirt freshman played in the final 11 games and finished with 14 tackles.
This is an elite play by Rawls, who stays with the hip of redshirt freshman Elijah Moore on the play. Notice how Rawls doesn't go for any of the head fakes and gets his head around to find the football and makes an elite one-handed catch.
FSU defensive backs have been in position several times over the past few years, but have only had a handful of interceptions over the past two seasons.
The FSU secondary isn't without talent and is littered with former blue-chip high school players. They have one of the best defensive back coaches nationally in Patrick Surtain.
One thing that hurt the FSU secondary last season was that FSU had no pass rush and had to cover receivers for far too long. The 2023 defense was among the best nationally at sacking the quarterback, and the FSU defense forced 10 interceptions compared to only four last season.
FSU coaches have been talking to the players about them being what they put on film. Jabril Rawls made a statement with this play.
