In case you were hiding under a rock, I'll start with FSU landing the highest-ranked recruit in its recruiting class on Sunday afternoon. FSU landed a commitment from cornerback Chauncey Kennon, who chose the Noles over Florida, Miami, and Georgia.

Miami flipped an FSU legacy cornerback from Michigan, but FSU got the best cornerback in Florida the next day.

FSU has the No. 11 recruiting class nationally, with several targets expected to announce their decisions over the next week.

The vitriol between Alabama and FSU may get to a fever pitch by the time the two teams play at the end of August. The Thomas Castellanos interview from a couple of weeks ago got the attention of two former Alabama players, AJ McCarron and Trent Richardson. They went on to unknowingly prove the point Castellanos was making in his interview.

Also, one Alabama website doesn't believe Castellanos will NOT pose any threat to the Alabama defense.

Former FSU baseball standout Cam Smith has been on an absolute TEAR over the past month. He's batting .286 with seven home runs and 39 RBI after only appearing in 32 minor league games after leaving FSU.

Former FSU baseball player Cal Raleigh continues to assault baseballs. He'll be an All-Star and will participate in the HR Derby during the All-Star Break.

I wrote about former FSU standout baseball pitcher Parker Messick a few weeks ago and he continues to prove me right. He's been mowing down the competition at every level in the minors and deserves a shot to play in the majors! Here is the statline from his latest outing. That's pure dominance!

Former FSU basketball standout for Leonard Hamilton has inked a deal after getting drafted in the second-round by the Washington Wizards.

What an honor for CoachA!

Congrats to Lottie on a big win as an amateur!
