FSU has two home games remaining on the schedule and both could be pretty significant weekends for recruiting.

The Seminoles staff will already be welcoming in multiple pass-rushing targets for the Virginia Tech weekend, and now it looks like there will be additional visitors for next weekend's game against Wake Forest as well, in hopes of filling out the remaining numbers in the class. One of those prospects is Arkansas commit Daylen Green.

Green, an in-state prospect from nearby Quincy, Florida, has been a long-time target for the Seminoles staff, but he made a pledge to Arkansas back in June behind the recruiting efforts of former FSU secondary coach Marcus Woodson.

Woodson, however, has since been relieved of his duties with the Razorbacks, part of the staff restructuring that interim head coach Bobby Petrino made when he took the job midway through the season.

FSU has its own question marks with head coach Mike Norvell right now, but it feels like there will be some answers by the time the November 15th weekend comes around.

The Seminoles currently have three linebackers committed in the 2026 recruiting class — 4-star prospect Izayia Williams and 3-star prospects Noah LaVallee and Karon Maycock.

Who else will be visiting in November?

FSU linebacker commit Izayia Williams has locked in his official visit for Virginia Tech weekend (November 15). Williams, a 4-star prospect from Tavares, committed to the Seminoles for the second time on August 15.

Williams had one of the more tumultuous recruitments over the past two years, giving verbal commitments to five different schools. But things have settled down since Williams' second pledge to FSU. He has been on campus several times this season, working as an additional voice to recruits to help bolster the class.

Don't be surprised if Williams is on campus again for the Wake Forest game trying to help convince Green to make a flip. The Early Signing Period is roughly six weeks away, from December 3-5.
