With the clock quickly running down to just 35 seconds, Wrianna Hudson buried a clutch shot off a throw-in from Jordynn Dudley, tying the score 1-1. The goal not only preserved FSU’s undefeated record, but also pushed Florida State’s school-record scoring streak to an insane 64 straight games.
For Florida State the result will go down as a tie on paper, but the grit they showed in those final moments will carry them further this season than a win ever could.
