FSU football is back at it again for their ACC season opener versus the Boston College Eagles in the confines of Alumni Stadium for a sleepy noon Eastern time kickoff on the ABC Network. With Hurricane Lee looming in the area around the time of kickoff, the Seminoles will have to deal with 20+ MPH winds.

Head football coach Mike Norvell and company will look to continue their positive momentum after defeating the likes of LSU and Southern Miss, respectively. With a road matchup against the Clemson Tigers (whom the Seminoles have not beaten since 2014) on the docket, FSU needs to remain focused through the distractions of the weather and take care of its business.

The future looks bright in Tallahassee, where the coaching staff prioritizes acquiring highly-regarded prospects to mold the program. The Seminoles rank No. 6 in the 2024 247Sports Composite rankings with 21 prospects committed.

Closing Thoughts

Not much to anyone’s surprise, it looks to be a clean sweep for predicting the Seminoles to be victorious yet again on Saturday afternoon.  Coming into the contest, FSU is favored by 24.5 points.

However, you never want to take a conference opponent lightly (especially when it is on the road). This would be an amazing way for head football coach Mike Norvell to start ACC play out with a decisive win.
