FSU football has attracted a multitude of highly-touted prospects to their university in the 2024 and 2025 recruiting cycles.

The defensive side of the football lacked true star power early in the recruiting cycle. However, the Seminoles have since acquired notable talented pieces such as five-star safety KJ Bolden and five-star cornerback Charles Lester III.

On Sunday afternoon, FSU received more positive news on the recruiting front as Class of 2025 Georgia four-star linebacker commit Jadon Perlotte from Buford, Georgia, has received yet another flip crystal ball prediction to Florida State with a confidence level of 6 out of 10 from Bucknuts Ohio State Insider Bill Kurelic.

He now has four flip crystal ball predictions for FSU football. The talented linebacker prospect has unofficially visited Florida State twice during the calendar year when he made the trip to Tallahassee in March and June.

Perlotte is a high school teammate with Bolden at Buford High School. He mentioned in an interview before the talented safety announced his intentions to commit to Florida State that he was very open to the idea of playing collegiate football with him.

When it comes to recruiting, FSU fans always discuss the importance of recruiting at the linebacker position. While linebackers aren’t as important in the Seminoles’ defensive scheme, some are worried that redshirt seniors Tatum Bethune and Kalen DeLoach will exhaust their eligibility after this upcoming season.

Linebackers coach Randy Shannon brought in three linebacker prospects in the 2023 recruiting cycle in four-star Blake Nichelson as well as three-stars Dylan Brown-Turner and DeMarco Ward, plus they added Northwestern transfer Justin Cryer in the transfer portal.

As it pertains to the 2024 recruiting efforts, the Seminoles already have two commitments in their class with three-star Jayden Parrish and Timir Hickman-Collins.

Recruiting is looking promising for the Seminoles as they look to build sustainable success for the future.
