2025 FSU football WR target Jaime Ffrench announced a commitment date a few days ago, just a few days after attending an FSU football camp with teammate and FSU QB commit Tramell Jones.

Ffrench announced his top five schools Tuesday night, and the Noles were one of his top five final schools.

Ffrench has 31 offers, but the following schools made his top five list:

Jaime Ffrench intends to announce his commitment on July 22nd. The Noles were among the first schools to offer Ffrench, as he received his FSU offer on March 22 while visiting. He’s been on campus several times, including attending FSU wins over Boston College and Florida last year.

FSU coaches got him on campus in April 2023 at the aforementioned camp earlier this month. Ffrench ranks as the No. 15 player overall in the 2025 composite rankings, and the No. 4 receiver. He ranks as the No. 3 player in the Sunshine State. He lists as 6’1″ and 175 pounds.

FSU Trending?

I think that has to be the case, as he’s been to FSU more than any other college. It doesn’t hurt that FSU QB commit Tramell Jones Jr. as his teammate. If the Noles obtain his commitment, that will be a great sign but is a long time until the Early Signing Period, and I’m sure other teams will continue to come after the talented wide receiver.

One thing to take notice of is neither Florida, nor Miami made his top-five list, and the biggest threat to FSU would likely be Ohio State(as long as Brian Hartline is there) or Alabama.

Ffrench would be the second blue-chip receiver in the 2025 recruiting class along with four-star DL Hardison. I wrote how FSU was laying the groundwork for the 2025 recruiting class and beyond recently, and this could be some of their hard work bringing things to fruition.
