FSU football: Fans react to ‘Noles blowout win over Miami
By Kelvin Hunt
FSU football dominated the Miami Hurricanes from start to finish and fans will have another offseason to brag about beating the Canes and Mario Cristobal in his first year as head coach in Coral Gables.
Miami fans “thanked” FSU for beating them last year so they could fire Manny Diaz, just to get blown out on prime-time TV with lots of their recruits in the stands.
Miami fans began a mass exodus at halftime and were extremely quiet on social media during the game.
Well, they were quiet most of the week since I wrote about how they were not confident going into the game here. Check out how FSU fans responded during the game, as the win was clearly within reach.

Thoughts
I couldn’t be prouder of this FSU football team and the coaching staff. They did exactly what they needed to do against a bad Miami team. They sent a message to Miami, their five fans, and the state of Florida about which program is clearly going in the right direction.
FSU can take this win and use it as ammunition on the recruiting trail to finish strong with Mike Norvell’s best high school recruiting classes since arriving at FSU.
Not only that, but they’ll be able to use the success to attract better players from the transfer portal at key positions too. The Noles have a great shot to finish the season 9-3, as Syracuse looks like who I thought they were. They lost to Pittsburgh Saturday and can’t stop the run.
However, they’ll have to avoid the letdown of a big rivalry win and stay focused over the next week as they travel to upstate New York. Great job FSU fans, and keep that energy coming as the Noles look to finish the next three games strong.
