The 2020 FSU football season was difficult to watch. The Noles had a new coaching staff that didn’t have the opportunity to practice under normal conditions.

It was like telling a mechanic to attempt to fix a vehicle with only half of the tools needed to get the job done.

The coaching staff did the best they could with the cards given. For my spades players, sometimes you can’t even get board, despite you and your partner playing every hand perfectly.

If you don’t play them perfectly, that’s when teams run a Boston and you get run off the table.

However, Mike Norvell and the coaching staff have been dealt a better hand heading into 2021. The team had a spring camp and a full offseason of strength and conditioning.

They have completed one week of fall camp, and Mike Norvell seems pleased with the team’s progress.

Fans expect the team to improve even though it may not show it in the wins and losses column. However, there are a ton of unknowns with this team heading into the season.

The Notre Dame game will tell us several things about this team in week one. Here are the top five biggest concerns going into 2021.
