FSU football recruiting has been riding high after the Midnight Madness event Monday morning.

All of the visitors reported they had an amazing time while on campus, and the coaching staff will look to continue that momentum into the June football camps.

One of the things the recruits did while on campus is participating in photoshoots with alternate uniform colors.

Most FSU football fans don’t like straying away too far from the traditional uniforms, but could this uniform combination be seen this fall?

Five-star commit Travis Hunter Jr. styling and profiling on his visit.

The uniform combination with FSU 4-star QB commit AJ Duffy isn’t new, but it’s great to see him in the FSU uniform for the first time.

Three-star running back Rodney Hill showing off.

Agreed! I’m feeling these white helmets with the white jersey and pants! It’s crazy how long four-star TE/WR Jaleel Skinner’s wing-span is. Could you imagine Skinner, Travis Hunter Jr., and Kevin Coleman on the field on the offensive side of the ball at the same time? Man, listen they would be a problem!

2022 defensive end commit Aaron Hester would look good coming off the edge in that! I think the recruits like white helmets and white-on-white combinations as well. I don’t want to get into the uniform debate because I think it’s silly.

Some fans blame FSU losing games on wearing black jerseys. I’m a former baseball player and superstitious like most ballplayers, but that is crazy to suggest the program started sucking because of a jersey being worn.

At the end of the day, all that matters is they win on the field, and nobody will care what they wear.

However, I think it’s cool they allow these recruits to take pictures in something different from the traditional uniforms.
