FSU football will play NC State Saturday night.

FSU football is coming off its second consecutive blow out loss since their huge upset win over North Carolina earlier this season.

The Noles limp into the NC State game as double-digit underdogs, in a place that’s been historically tough for the Noles to find success.

A loss is expected, but there will be some things to watch out for and the Noles could make the game competitive if they don’t beat themselves.

However, that’s easier said than done since this team is mentally fragile and shy away from adversity instead of fighting back.

I provided three needs I needed to see from the FSU football team Friday. If we see those things, it’ll be a good sign for Mike Norvell and the coaching staff.

NC State is coming off a three-point loss where thew blew a 10-point fourth-quarter lead against Miami last week.

Here’s how to watch or listen to the game if you’re still interested in following the team.

If there’s a winnable game left on the schedule, this one may qualify as one if the Noles can give supreme effort and not beat themselves with turnovers. However, playing turnover-free football is something they haven’t been able to accomplish all season.

I’m not sure that streak will end with a freshman QB likely making his first start on the road, but it would be a great night for that streak to end.

I’m interested to see what type of energy this team brings to the field Saturday night. They haven’t fared well on the road, but have played OK in their last couple of night outings.

See yall Saturday night.
