FSU football will have most of its full youth movement in action against NC State.

A lot of FSU football fans wanted to go with a youth movement after the blowout loss against Miami in the second game of the year.

There were some changes after that game, but there were still several upperclassmen taking the majority of the snaps going into the Jacksonville State game.

That will not be the case when the Noles take the field Saturday night against NC State. They could have freshman Chubba Purdy making his first college start with Jordan Travis getting hurt in the Pittsburgh game.

The wide receivers will be without Tamorrion Terry, and the young players will be out there to see what they can do. Marvin Wilson will be gone, and players like Dennis Briggs Jr., Tru Thompson, and Louisville transfer Jarrett Jackson will be looking to show what they are capable of in his absence.

Travis Jay and Renardo Green could return in the secondary, and the offensive line could see some different combinations with Devontay Love-Taylor bring lost for the season.

FSU football comes into the game as +10.5 betting underdogs, and most fans are already chalking this up as another loss.

I wouldn’t doubt that, but there’s still reason to watch the game, and here are three things I need to see Saturday night.
