FSU football got some tremendous news Monday morning with standout wide receiver Tamorrion Terry announcing he’s returning to FSU in 2020.

FSU football has a lot of questions going into its Sun Bowl game against Arizona State Tuesday.

One of them was regarding redshirt sophomore wide receiver Tamorrion Terry and if it would be his final game in the garnet and gold.

The answer to that question was revealed Monday morning in a video released on Twitter by FSU football.

It can be view below as Terry gave his thoughts on the decision to return for another year in Tallahassee.

This is huge news for the Noles as Tamorrion Terry is their most explosive wide receiver. He was the first 1,000 yard receiver for FSU football since Rashad Greene in 2014 while also hauling in eight touchdowns on 51 receptions.

He averaged over 20 yards per reception for the second straight season and had a monster game against Florida in the season finale with seven receptions for 141 yards.

Terry improved his game some in 2019, but must feel he can become even better in Mike Norvell’s offense. It’s one where he should excel as he does a great job of creating matchups for the playmakers on offense.

Not to mention Norvell is a former college wide receiver himself. This news also continues the trend of players buying-in to the new coaching staff. Cory Durden, Marvin Wilson and Janarius Robinson plan to return.

Could more draft eligible players be planning to return?

There’s still players like Joshua Kaindoh and Hamsah Nasirildeen  who have yet to publicly declare. Stay tuned for more FSU football news and analysis.
