FSU football will travel to Louisville to avenge back-to-back losses to the Cardinals including the worst loss in FSU history in 2016 which took place on that field.

FSU football needs to win this game against the Louisville Cardinals Saturday if they wish to continue to build on last week’s win.

I wrote about what confidence could do for this team after their win over NIU and I expect to see them play well Saturday. I’m sure they’ll be some hiccups here and there, but the key to winning is simply not beating themselves.

There’s a lot of similarities between the two teams as both are 2-2 on the season. They both are in the ACC Atlantic division and started the season rated pretty highly according to S&P stats.

I was never a big believer in Louisville post Lamar Jackson and several players that left with him after last season.

It looks like I was right as they have struggled about as bad as FSU football, but the difference is they don’t have the talent on the roster FSU does and why I expected the Noles to be much better.

Most betting sites have the Noles as -6.5 point betting favorites and they line opened at -4 according to Oddshark.com.

I took the Noles as one of my top 5 bets of the week so let’s take about the five areas that have separated these teams through four games.
