FSU football will have a crazy amount of blue chip recruits on campus spring game weekend.

I can’t remember a time when FSU football had this much buzz. I guess maybe during the 2013 national championship year, but that was for different reasons altogether.

What Willie Taggart and staff have done in just three months time in Tallahassee is remarkable.

They’ve taken a team and a fanbase that was broken to have arguably the most buzz of any program in college football.

The fans have bought in, former players and most importantly the roster of current players. Now, that’s beginning to trickle over into recruiting, which is the lifeblood of a football program.

FSU could have an unprecedented number of blue chip recruits on campus this weekend. It’s a testament to Coach Taggart and company getting so many recruits on campus for weekly visits to build those relationships.

Obviously they had a good time when they visited and now the buzz is so big for the spring game they all feel they have to come back.

Twitter Roll Call

Thoughts

Look, that’s just 20 right there that I could find on Twitter in a few minutes. They’re expected to have over 30 and likely more than that on campus this weekend.

There’s a solid chance we’ll get to see a that famous Willie Taggart “Ring Ring” tweet at some point this weekend too.

FSU is in a great position with a number of these players and they’ll go tell other recruits that went elsewhere what a great time they had in Tallahassee.

Guess what happens after that? Those same recruits will want to come see what’s happening in Tallahassee for themselves.

Great job by Coach Taggart and company as this should turn out to be a great weekend.
