FSU football great and NFL Hall of Famer Deion Sanders actively representing the ‘Noles.

FSU football great Deion Sanders is back in the fold with FSU football. Is he going to officially be a coach? No, we told you that weeks ago, but he is doing something to help the FSU football program.

He’s openly representing the ‘Noles and rival fans are not liking it one bit.

For programs that claim so much greatness, it must suck to not have a guy like Deion Sanders to represent your university.

It hurts so bad rivals fans are openly complaining about Sanders tweeting at a recruit on Twitter. Check it:

Full disclosure, four-star cornerback Olaijah Griffin was offered a scholarship by FSU football on the same date. Griffin is the No. 41 ranked player nationally in the 2018 class. He’s also the No. 5 cornerback and No. 5 player in California.

FSU already has three four-star recruits signed in the 2018 class and one take one more blue chip recruit if they could.

You’d thought Sanders committed a crime by the reaction from some folk on twitter.

Thoughts

The folk asking if Deion knows this kid stems from Sanders saying he didn’t know anything about a Florida QB commit that played on a team Sanders coached last week.

Florida fans think Sanders conspired to not allow the kid to show his arm talent by him only throwing he ball a few times in the game which Sanders denied.

Man look. FSU would be foolish not to use Deion Sanders in recruiting. I mean, Florida could use Tim Tebow since he’s the best player in their history right Oh wait, forgot washed out of the NFL and couldn’t play quarterback.

What’s the difference in Sanders tweeting at him opposed to talking to him on the sidelines of some scrimmage game?

Folk complaining about guys coaching these all-star games, but all these coaches had to play college ball somewhere. It just so happens “Primetime” played at FSU and is the best cornerback in NFL history.

Who knows if Sanders tweeting at Griffin means anything in the grand scheme of things, but it certainly helps than that it hurts.
