FSU football has had several consecutive top 10 recruiting classes. Can they do what seemed impossible just a week ago?

The jokes were all on FSU football recruiting last week. National media were throwing more shade than your grandma’s backyard oak tree on a sunny Florida afternoon.

FSU rivals Miami and Florida were talking smack and rightfully so as they were both well ahead of the Seminoles in the national composite rankings.

Miami’s got off to an excellent start to the 2018 class, and while they’ve been surpassed for the top class they’re checking in at No. 6 nationally. The Canes have 19 of 20 recruits to sign in the early period and have most of their class wrapped up.

Florida has moved up to No. 16 nationally with 15 commits with 13 of them signing in the early period.

I bet you Mandel won’t say anything now about schools like Kansas being in front of FSU when it comes to recruiting. The ‘Noles are checking in at No. 34 after signing seven guys in the early signing period and 10 commitments total.

A lot of folk thought FSU’s chances of keeping its streak of top 10 finishes intact was in jeopardy going into the early signing period.

However, the beauty of it is FSU football isn’t anywhere near close to being done with additions to the 2018 class with several top players left in the mix.

We take a look at 10 players can FSU could sign to give it top 10 signing class, possibly ahead of Florida and Miami.
