FSU football is battling Ohio State for a four-star linebacker from Virginia. The recruit hints at huge news coming soon.
FSU football could soon be adding a huge piece to its 2018 recruiting class. Four-star linebacker Teradja Mitchell visited FSU on his final official visit last week, and now hints that a big decision is coming soon.
Mitchell is a composite four-star linebacker that hails from Bishop Sullivan Catholic High School in Virginia Beach, VA. That’s the same high school at 2017 running back Khalan Laborn.
Mitchell is rated as the No. 38 player overall in the nation and the No. 2 linebacker in the class and the No. 2 player in the state of Virginia.
FSU football was the leader for Mitchell for a long time, but Ohio State made it ground after a recent visit by Mitchell. However, 247Sports Crystal Ball picks began to shift towards FSU as of Thursday.
Mitchell posted that tweet Thursday and fans of both FSU football and Ohio State began to chime in hoping any last bit of influence would help.

Final Thoughts
Here’s what we said last week:
"Always follow the visits when it comes to college football recruiting. Jimbo Fisher did a great job of getting Mitchell’s last visit, and getting him to campus several times in the recruiting process.Odell Haggins has a great relationship with Mitchell, and Mitchell’s going to be with players from his home state while on campus."
