Parting Thoughts

FSU is a massive betting underdog against the rival Miami Hurricanes in their primetime game on Saturday night. I'm sure the cries will grow louder if the Hurricanes defeat FSU, as everyone expects. Maybe that's what FSU needs to go on and make a move.

An embarrassing loss against Miami got Willie Taggart fired during the 2019 season.

The crazy thing is Miami's defense is suspect, and it could give the illusion the FSU offense isn't terrible if guys could catch passes.

Miami has allowed 34 points or more in all three of its last ACC games. FSU has only scored 36 points in its last three ACC games combined.

We've seen crazier things happen in rivalry games. Brock Glenn looked decent against a better Clemson defense than what he'll face against Miami. However, it'll be on the road, and will be the first time Miami fans actually showed up to a game in the past few years.

If FSU's offense doesn't respond and the Noles get obliterated? Who knows? Maybe we'll see FSU follow suit like Oklahoma and make a move.
