The Florida State football fanbase is thirsty for a win after back-to-back losses. It’s been three days since the loss to Miami, and fans are still debating why they lost that game. It’s clear that the last two losses have been more FSU beating itself with self-inflicted wounds and six turnovers.

FSU faced a good Virginia offense two weeks ago and lost in double overtime. They faced a good Miami defense last week and lost by six points. They had three turnovers in both games and lost by a combined 13 points.

They welcome the Pittsburgh Panthers (3-2) to Tallahassee for a noon kickoff. Pat Narduzzi is a well-respected coach, but his program hasn’t been what it used to be over the past couple of seasons. That trend looks to have continued this year, with Pittsburgh beating two non-Power Four teams and losing to two Power Four teams before beating a terrible Boston College team last week.

The Noles are -10.5 betting favorites, and oddsmakers expect a fairly high-scoring game with an over/under points total at 57.5. Obviously, oddsmakers think FSU will win, but we’re here to provide some concrete reasons why this will be a good bounce-back week for FSU.
