Former FSU football standout and first-round NFL Draft pick Jared Verse had a great rookie season in the NFL. He become an NFL Pro Bowler and make the PFWA All-Rookie team to help the LA Rams make the NFL Playoffs.

It didn't take long for him to make his presence felt in his first post-season game. Verse has been double and triple-teamed most of the first half of the game against the Minnesota Vikings and only had one tackle with a few minutes remaining in the first half.

However, Verse made a huge play by recovering a fumble and turning on the jets for a 57-yard touchdown to put the Rams up 17-3 with 4:35 remaining in the second quarter.

It looked like he might have been even faster on that run in the game and capped it off with the dive into the end zone for style points.

Jared Verse and former FSU defensive tackle Braden Fiske have been an integral part of the LA Rams defense, with both among the top 10 in QB pressures in the league.

The Verse touchdown put the Rams up by two touchdowns, which means Verse and the rest of the defense can pin their ears back for the rest of the game since the Vikings might have to air it out to attempt to get back into the game.
