FSU FOOTBALL RECRUITING

Florida State football finished with the thirteenth-best recruiting class in the 2026 cycle, according to 247 Sports Composite rankings. The Seminoles have acquired a pledge from three-star wide receiver Jonah Winston (younger brother of former legendary quarterback Jameis Winston) recently.

Even though it was a nice pickup, the program does not want to stop its desire to get a top-ten recruiting class. To be honest, the 2025 haul was one of the best that the Seminoles have had in a while, which is insane considering that Florida State had a 2-10 season to sell.

With the wins over Alabama and East Texas A&M early in the year, the coaching staff has to emphasize the importance of building relationships and expanding its target boards with quality options with plans A, B, C, and D.

The 2025 season could get even better and be in line for talented recruits. In this article, I want to highlight three recruits from the 2026 cycle that Florida State football could flip in the near future.
