This could get hectic for the Seminoles in the near future.

Florida State football's 2025 season was ended on Saturday as they lost to the arch-rival Florida Gators. It is a tough pill to swallow after having so much excitement after beating Alabama in the opener, but the expectations changed after that outcome.

The Seminoles now have four losing seasons in six years under head football coach Mike Norvell. He would be the first to tell you that this is not meeting the standard of Florida State football, which includes competing for conference and national championships.

To make matters worse, teams across the country are making coaching changes while the Seminoles are running it back for another year. There is a realization that there might be financial limitations with the program, but the losing cannot continue.

The administration hopes that needed changes will happen to correct the shortcomings and get Florida State back to having sustainable success. In this article, I want to highlight some coaching staff changes that I believe could take place.
