OT CHASTAN BROWN

Florida State saw its offensive line class diminish after offensive coordinator/offensive line coach Alex Atkins was fired. Atkins was pivotal in recruiting the offensive line prospects.

Five-star Solomon Thomas (LSU), four-star Peyton Joseph (Georgia Tech), and three-star Daniel Pierre-Louis (Florida) committed elsewhere. However, four-star Mario Nash Jr. and three-star Sean Perot decided to sign with Florida State.

The program likely wants to add more offensive lineman to the recruiting class. With the Seminoles hiring Gus Malzahn as the offensive coordinator, Florida State extended an offer to Class of 2025 four-star offensive tackle Chastan Brown from Northside High School in Warner Robins, Georgia.

Brown was previously committed to the UCF Knights, but he backed off the pledge after Malzahn left for Florida State. I think the Seminoles could be in serious contention to get him.
