Clemson's offense regressed in 2023 with first-year starter Cade Klubnik at QB and new offensive coordinator Garrett Riley. However, Riley's offenses were much better in year one at SMU and TCU, which leads me to believe it was the lack of coaching and development at Clemson than anything to do with Uiagalelei. The offensive coaches at Oregon State are respected, and he put up solid numbers in his first year there. However, the Beavers didn't have near the talent surrounding Uiagalelei that he'll have at FSU.
