FOUR-STAR RB ALVIN HENDERSON

Florida State has done a tremendous job with identifying talent at the running back position. Numerous fans questioned the take of acquiring former Oregon transfer Trey Benson. However, Benson proved doubters wrong as he accumulated over 1,800 yards in the past two seasons.

He has now declared for the 2024 NFL Draft. The Seminoles have options next season such as Roydell Williams, Lawrance Toafili, Caziah Holmes, Jaylin Lucas, Samuel Singleton Jr., Kameron Davis, and Micahi Danzy.

Running backs coach David Johnson has recruited well at the position. While the Seminoles have not secured a playmaker in their 2025 recruiting class, Florida State has their sights set on some elite options.

Four-star Alvin Henderson from Elba (AL) is an option to monitor. Even though he has been crystalballed to the home-state Auburn Tigers, his position coach (Cadillac Williams) has resigned from the program. This could impact his commitment decision. He is a talented prospect who had 3,523 yards and 61 touchdowns during last season.

The Seminoles could use that elite production in their backfield.
