WAKE FOREST

This was an easy decision to include Wake Forest in this article—one of the more irrelevant teams in the conference. The Wake Forest Demon Deacons have enjoyed successes of the slow mesh offensive scheme with former quarterback Sam Hartman.

However, the Seminoles still hold the 31-9 series advantage and have made light work of the Demon Deacons. Even though Wake Forest has won three of the past four meetings, the Seminoles got their revenge during the 2023 matchup where they defeated them by a score of 41-16 in Winston Salem.

Head football coach Dave Clawson has rubbed some people the wrong fan and their fan base thinks that they have reached the pinnacle of college football. However, the Demon Deacons are projected as one of the worst teams in the conference this year.

The pesky Demon Deacons better be glad that they don't play Florida State this season.
