Three talented defensive end prospects are visiting on June 18th
Florida State football already has four-star defensive end prospect Javion Hilson from Cocoa, Florida in their 2025 recruiting class. After legendary head football coach Nick Saban retired, he backed off his pledge from the Alabama Crimson Tide.
That was the last prospect that the Seminoles were able to get to commit to the university. Fans are beginning to worry about when Florida State will get its next commitment since there has been no news on the recruiting front.
However, the coaching staff is prepared to host several highly-touted prospects on campus this summer. One prospect to monitor is three-star defensive Nicolas Clayton from F.W. Buchholz High School in Gainesville, Florida as he announced via social media that he will be officially visiting Florida State on June 18th.
Clayton recorded 51 tackles (8 for loss), three sacks, and two forced fumbles. While he is not considered a top priority at the position, this is an opportunity to get a prospect out of the Gators' backyard.
I want to go over two other defensive end prospects who will be visiting on June 18th.
