Three takeaways from the ACC getting to release the Noles' 2024 football schedule

BOSTON COLLEGE IN NOVEMBER?

Florida State had a scare last season when it went to Chestnut Hill (MA) to take on the Boston College Eagles. However, the Seminoles were able to escape with the 31-29 victory.

This time around the Seminoles will be able to play Boston College in the friendly confines of Doak Campbell Stadium with a sense of determination to make a statement. Unfortunately, Florida State will still have to deal with dual-threat signal caller Thomas Castellanos.

Thankfully, the Seminoles won't have to deal with another red bandana game. Florida State will play at Notre Dame in November. There is a week break between the Fighting Irish on November 9th and Charleston Southern on November 23rd.

This would be an opportunity for the Seminoles to earn a bye week after a physical game with Notre Dame. However, I could see where the ACC decided to give Florida State a home game versus Boston College on November 2nd before heading to Notre Dame for a road trip to South Bend.

This would be a difficult two-game stretch, but we know how much the ACC "loves" Florida State.
