Three players to monitor with the Seminoles' Tour of Duty workouts

CHARLES LESTER III

Florida State had a phenomenal 2024 recruiting class where one of the notable commits that they signed in the fold was four-star cornerback Charles Lester III.

Even with him listed as a cornerback, the expectation from Lester III is that he wants to play on both sides of the football. We already see an example of how that is being utilized with Travis Hunter at Colorado (sorry... I didn't mean to bring up some PTSD).

The Venice High School standout played both as a defensive back and wide receiver plus he even contributed in the special teams aspect in high school.

Lester III is a very confident young man who is eager to begin his opportunity with the Seminoles. Out of all of the true freshmen, I envision him to be one of the true freshmen that could potentially get meaningful playing time.
