CB AZAREYE'H THOMAS

Florida State is having to replace the likes of cornerbacks Jarrian Jones and Renardo Green as well as safety Akeem Dent. The Seminoles have the luxury of having assistant coach Patrick Surtain Sr. who has mastered his concept of turning the football away.

The defensive backfield will have to rely upon junior cornerback Azareye'h Thomas who will play on the outside cornerback position. Thomas recorded 29 tackles (4.5 for loss), ten pass break ups, and 0.5 sacks during the 2023 season.

The Niceville (FL) native has made his presence felt during his time in Tallahassee. He has performed well during spring practices where he has made opposing wide receivers have trouble creating separation.

Thomas could be the next defensive back that could be selected in the first round of the NFL Draft. The defender could make himself a ton of life-changing money this upcoming season.
