The offseason is long and tiresome at times for Seminole fans as the football season versus Georgia Tech in Dublin, Ireland on Saturday, August 24th. This should be a fantastic 2024 campaign for head football coach Mike Norvell and his squad.

However, fall camp hasn't started yet for Florida State football. Topics such as conference realignment have filled the offseason news. Conferences such as the SEC and the Big Ten have been classified as the "Big Two".

The Seminoles seem like they are stuck in the Atlantic Coast Conference (I wouldn't even classify the ACC as the Atlantic Coast Conference anymore with the additions of California, Stanford, and SMU). Florida State has been the head honcho in suing the conference due to their dissatisfaction with the Grant of Rights deal that will be finished in 2036.
