DEFENSE PLAYED WITH HEART AND DEDICATION

Florida State is struggling this year as they fall to a 1-5 record. This would lead to many players on the roster potentially giving up and quit on the team.

However, this group of guys have continued to fight for each other. Even the defense, which looks overmatched at times, is attempting to fight through blocks and give their best effort. Hats off to the coaching staff for getting these individuals to believe.

It couldn't have been easy to see the offense not doing much of anything in the first quarter and going down by a score of 17-0. However, Clemson did have 500 total yards, and there is quite a bit to work on. The Seminoles showcased a bend but didn't break the defensive showing.

This is something that the players can hang their hat on even though there are some things to improve upon. Defensive coordinator Adam Fuller and company get a bye week to look at the film and get better.
