Opt-outs for FSU in the new College Football 25 video game

It seems like everyone is having a fabulous time playing the new College Football 25 video game. It is a bittersweet moment for college football fans all around the world who were patiently waiting for the series to return.

There have been individuals that have beat up on teams such as Miami, Florida, and Clemson in the video game thus far where they are playing as Florida State. Hopefully, that will translate on the football field in 2024 as the Seminoles have their sights set on back-to-back ACC Championships.

I have written about the College Football 25 video game extensively (specifically about Florida State's team). This Seminoles' football squad is a fun group to play with. However, not everyone is included in the game. Here are the players that did not make the roster:

THOUGHTS

There are several talented pieces of the football team that are on this list which are not included. The one that sticks out to me the most is wide receiver Hykeem Williams. The former five-star prospect has loads of potential as big-bodied playmakers such as Johnny Wilson and Keon Coleman are off to the NFL.

Williams took a while to get acclimated to the collegiate game as he also dealt with injuries during the season. However, this spring, he seemed to take a step forward. Even though the Seminoles added talented pass catchers via the transfer portal such as Malik Benson (Alabama) and Jalen Brown (LSU), I still believe that the former Stranahan High School standout will make a difference in 2024.
