CB EARL LITTLE JR.

Alabama cornerback Earl Little Jr. was one of my favorite transfer portal acquisitions for the Seminoles. The former four-star prospect hailed from American Heritage High School in Plantation, Florida (SURTAIN EFFECT!) and the coaching staff heavily recruited him in the 2022 cycle before he chose to commit to the Crimson Tide.

Unfortunately, after Little Jr. did not play with the Crimson Tide, he decided to bring his talents to Tallahassee. I am not too upset about the pickup since the talented defensive back can play all over the defense with his 6'2" frame.

Veteran Greedy Vance Jr. decided to enter the transfer portal and go out west to the USC Trojans. This is a big indicator of how talented Little Jr. is. He can play as an outside cornerback, slot cornerback, and safety. However, I envision him finding a home in the slot.

Defensive backs coach Patrick Surtain Sr. will have fun developing this one as I believe that him and Azareye'h Thomas will be the stars in this defensive backfield for the Seminoles in 2024.
