LS MASON ARNOLD HAS BEEN AWESOME

Head football coach Mike Norvell often mentions how important long snapper James Rosenberry was to the program. He recently was able to have the opportunity to unveil his All-American brick at Doak Campbell Stadium.

While some fans might yawn at the fact of Norvell talking about the importance of long snapper. During his tenure at Florida State, Norvell has always discussed how vital special teams play is to a team's success. The Seminoles added Ohio State transfer Mason Arnold last offseason.

I realize that long snappers do not get recognized as much as kickoff/punt returners as well as kickers/punters. However, they are equally as important to ensure that snaps don't go over their heads (ask the Alabama Crimson Tide fans about their center play versus the Michigan Wolverines).

Norvell also mentions that local product Peyton Naylor (who is also a long snapper) is continuing to grow and develop as a player which is important since Arnold is a redshirt junior, according to the Seminoles.com official roster.
