RUNNING BACKS

1. Roydell Williams

2. Samuel Singleton Jr.

-OR- Caziah Holmes

3. Kam Davis

Analysis: Florida State brought in Alabama running back transfer Roydell Williams this offseason. The senior had 500+ rushing yards during the 2023 season with the Crimson Tide. However, the Seminoles will have to have more production than that to replace the likes of do-it-all back Trey Benson who had 1,800+ rushing yards and 23 touchdowns during his two seasons in Tallahassee.

As for Singleton Jr., he emerged as a player in camp that could break tackles. The redshirt freshman has seemed to carve a role for himself as of late. Most fans did not expect him to make the jump since they thought he would be a difference maker in 2025.

I believe that Holmes will get some burn. His combination of speed, size, and strength could be useful in the offense. The former Penn State transfer could bring a new dynamic to the mix. Lastly, it is difficult to envision how true freshman Kam Davis will do. He is well put together but how much will he contribute in Year 1? I think his time will be in 2025.
