ROBERT SCOTT JR. MIGHT NOT GO IN THE SPRING

Florida State was able to put Darius Washington and Jeremiah Byers as its two starting offensive tackles last season as Robert Scott Jr. and Bless Harris both battled through injuries.

This was concerning as I alluded before because Darius Washington could play anywhere on the offensive line (which included center). Luckily enough, Maurice Smith did not have a significant injury.

It has been unfortunate that a player such as Robert Scott Jr. has continued to struggle to stay on the football field with his injuries. We talk about the rotation on the offensive line consisting of the majority of transfers. However, Class of 2020 three-star offensive tackle Robert Scott Jr. was thrown into the fire early on in his career.

Could that have hindered his development as he progressed through his career? Nonetheless, Scott Jr. is a very talented player when healthy. It would be beneficial to quarterback DJ Uiagalelei's progression in Norvell's scheme in his only season in Tallahassee.
