JULIAN ARMELLA MOVING TO GUARD?

Florida State offensive lineman Julian Armella is someone that the Seminoles really like in how he is progressing and developing as a player. However, Armella has not cracked the starting rotation. The former Class of 2022 four-star prospect has a chance to make a name for himself.

The 2022 recruiting class was a massive haul for the Seminoles where they landed Julian Armella, Jaylen Early, Antavious Woody, Qaeshon Sapp, Kanaya Charlton, and Daughtry Richardson. The crazy part about it is that Armella and Early are the only two players from that class that remain on the roster.

The Seminoles had previously had Armella working primarily as an offensive tackle. However, Atkins stated on Monday afternoon that the South Florida native will be taking a lot of reps in the interior this spring.

Armella is listed at 6'6" and 321 pounds on the Seminoles' official roster. It should be noted that he played both tackle and guard at St. Thomas Aquinas High School.
