JEREMIAH SMITH

The Florida State Seminoles already have four wide receiver commitments with four-stars Camdon Frier, BJ Gibson, Lawayne McCoy, and Elijah Moore. However, the Seminoles are still pursuing their top recruiting target in five-star Jeremiah Smith (Ohio State commit) from Chaminade-Madonna Prep in Hollywood, Florida.

Smith has been committed to the Buckeyes since December 14, 2022. However, he has not visited Ohio State since he took an unofficial visit on October 21st. His main relationship with the program is wide receivers coach Brian Hartline.

The talented wide receiver has showcased a mutual interest with the Seminoles as he went on an unofficial visit on November 11th when Florida State defeated arch-rival Miami Hurricanes by a score of 27-20 then he took an official visit on December 8th.

Florida State seems to have done everything it could to give it the best possible chance to be successful. While it will difficult to sway Smith away from the Buckeyes, the Seminoles have done a tremendous job developing the relationship with him.
