FSU football: Top superlatives for 2024 recruiting class
By Kelvin Hunt
Most Needed-Landen Thomas
I'm going to go with five-star tight-end Landen Thomas. At least, that's what his ranking was at the time he flipped from Georgia to the Noles. Thomas was the first big-time recruit in the class. He ranked as the No. 1 tight-end and flipping from Georgia, let everyone know FSU was going to recruit at a different level than in years past. He is also the highest-ranking tight end to sign with FSU since Nick O'Leary over a decade ago. The position desperately needed an infusion of talent, and Thomas is a player who enrolled early and will likely get on the field sooner than later.
