Those areas would meet the necessities, but FSU could add a player or two at certain positions if they were difference-makers. I wouldn't be upset if they could find another defensive tackle, tight end, or experienced wide receiver. I think FSU is in much better shape overall than people think, and there are only a few holes left to fill. They got the most important position filled with DJ Uiagalelei at quarterback. They've added high-end talent with four former top 100 players from their respective classes. The other two additions from Sunday were freshmen All-Americans in 2022.
I told FSU fans to maintain patience and the portal additions would come about 10 days ago. It wouldn't surprise me if this is old news by the time some of you read it. FSU has the No. 7 overall class when combining high school and transfer portal additions. The 2024 recruiting class has 28 players with a per player average of 90.96, with a 68 percent blue-chip ratio. That's championship level
