FSU football's 2023 undefeated season came to a screeching halt on Saturday afternoon as the Seminoles were blown out by the Georgia Bulldogs by a score of 63-3. While it is discouraging to witness Florida State get embarrassed in such a meaningless bowl game on a national stage, the Seminoles have a ton to be thankful for.

Head football coach Mike Norvell has the program trending in a positive direction where they are 23-4 in the last 27 games. That is remarkable considering where this Florida State football team came from the bottom of the bottom as they lost unbelievably on the final play of the game to FCS opponent Jacksonville State at home in 2021.

However, as I alluded to in a previous article, this is Florida State University. This football program does not want moral victories and has won three national championships in the past 30 years.

We at ChopChat wish all of our supporters a wonderful New Year! As we enter 2024, here are three wishes that Seminole fans hope will happen.
