FSU football: Post-spring camp power rankings for all ACC teams

No. 15
Pittsburgh Panthers (3-9, 2-6 ACC)
Talk about falling off of a cliff, that's what happened with the Pittsburgh Panthers in 2023. Pat Narduzzi's team went from finishing second in the ACC Coastal in 2022 to tied for the second-worst conference record in 2023. Pittsburgh lost a lot of talent from that 2022 team, and their transfer quarterback (Phil Jurkovic) was terrible(as I had been telling folks since 2021 when he was at Boston College).
There was a lot of in-fighting among players in the locker room, and Pittsburgh doesn't recruit at a level high enough to make drastic changes to fix things overnight. Narduzzi did use the transfer portal to attempt to close the gap with some programs, but there are a lot of question marks going into 2024. He's a coach who has the track record of a proven winner, but I'll have to see it before I believe it this season.
