Miami Hurricanes (7-6, 3-5 ACC)

The kings of the offseason have claimed another title! The Miami Hurricanes make an appearance as a talented team with poor coaching. The latter is one of the main reasons Miami had the record they had in 2023. They lost a few guys from last year's team and have added many bodies from the transfer portal, though most were not in the winter portal season and didn't go through spring camp at Miami. That will factor into their impact during the season.

They will also go as transfer QB Cam Ward goes. If he's good, they'll win games, but Mario Cristobal is the QB Killer. The Hurricanes have one of the softest schedules in the ACC but open the season against Florida. How that game goes could greatly impact a team that may not have the best culture. Mario Cristobal should be fired if he loses more than three games. It's put up or shut up for Cristobal in year three.
