Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets (7-6, 5-3 ACC)

The Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets have seen a major resurgence since Brent Key replaced Geoff Collins midway through the 2022 season. Georgia Tech playing Louisville tough in a loss in the 2023 season opener was a sign of things to come. The Yellow Jackets knocked off two ranked teams in Miami and North Carolina.

However, their 31-23 loss against Georgia in the regular season finale drew my attention. They went on to defeat the UCF Knights in the Gasparilla Bowl. They will open the 2024 season in Dublin, Ireland, taking on the Florida State Seminoles. The Yellow Jackets are +13 betting underdogs but return much of their production from last season. They lost a lot of players to the transfer portal, but have made some solid additions as well. If they play the Noles tough or pull off the upset, this will be a team to watch as the season progresses.
