FSU football head coach Mike Norvell informed the media that sophomore wide receiver Destyn Hill would miss the rest of spring practice with an undisclosed injury. It sounds like the injury happened a couple of days ago, which means Hill got to experience the Tour of Duty workouts and about 3-4 spring practices before the injury occurred. Ironically, Hill had been one of the top performers throughout spring. Hill arrived on campus last summer after originally signing as part of the 2021 recruiting class.

It's often difficult for wide receivers to play as freshmen, especially when they don't early enroll. It's not ideal for Hill to miss the rest of spring practice, considering he's one of the guys FSU hopes morphs into one of its top receivers in 2024. Here's how his injury will impact things.
