Florida State football fans have expressed their frustrations with being 0-2 with losses to Georgia Tech and Boston College. However, this Seminole team cannot show their emotions and wear them on their sleeve as they have a game to prepare for this week against Memphis.

Florida State will be playing the Tigers in the friendly confines of Doak Campbell Stadium. Unfortunately, the last time that Seminole fans were at home, they were welcomed by a variety of loud music tracks.

Many individuals were frustrated given that the Marching Chiefs released a statement on social media where they agreed in 2023 when the football team requested to play new music on third down. This stopped them from doing the Warchant on such an important date.

According to a recent media session, Norvell stated that the Marching Chiefs are what makes Florida State special and that he wanted to hear them every second of every moment of the game.

He is invested in the Marching Chiefs. They are a loyal bunch that love their Florida State Seminoles. I will say that marching bands are what make college football great. My hope is that the Marching Chiefs will get more opportunities to pump up the crowd with the Warchant as well as favorite tunes such as Seminole Uprising.

The Florida State-Memphis will be played at noon Eastern time on ESPN. The stadium might be a little bit sleepy given the early kickoff plus the fact that the Seminoles have started the season with an 0-2 record. Doak Campbell Stadium might need a little bit of a jump start and the Marching Chiefs could be just what the program needs in this challenging time.

I hope this is the positive news that the Seminoles need to turn their 2024 season around and get into the win column.
