I know people want to talk about how FSU played some backup quarterbacks or quarterbacks that were not good. However, we can literally say that for every team. FSU played some exceptionally talented receivers this year, and none did anything that mattered, and Green was a large reason why. The value of having a cornerback like Green to leave on an island is invaluable, and allows the defensive coordinator to dial up safety blitzes and other things. Green definitely represented DBU well in 2023.
